The regeneration of Copley has been recognised for excellence in building and planning, winning ‘Best Conceptual Project’ in the prestigious London Planning Awards.
Central Square, in Central Copley will be launching late 2020. Future development phases will create exciting new ‘neighbourhoods’ each with their own distinct sense of place and identity. All the buildings will be contemporary in design with interesting layered facades and brick as the predominant material. As part of the planning process each of these phases has been reviewed with a view to providing better public spaces, improvements to the retail offering and designed to a high specification.
Furthermore, since Copley was originally planned, building standards have improved and all the proposed homes will now be constructed to these newer codes, including improved energy efficiency, more cycle parking and more spacious homes.
