We were thrilled to add to our impressive list of awards at the recent First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards, where Broadway Living was Highly Commended in the Affordable Housing Provider of the Year category.
The First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards are among the most acclaimed in the housing industry. Now in their 12th year, they recognise companies that go above and beyond to help aspiring buyers get on to the housing ladder. The Affordable Housing Provider of the Year category looks at how companies design, build and market their homes, and the services offered to support first-time buyers. Entries are shortlisted by industry experts and the final winners are chosen by a public vote.
This award is further recognition of Copley W7, our flagship regeneration scheme in Hanwell, which is creating a modern, revitalised neighbourhood with new homes, public spaces and amenities. The current and most ambitious phase of Copley W7 – Central Square – includes 81 private one and two-bedroom apartments, available with either Help to Buy or shared ownership to make them more accessible to first-time buyers. Fresh, modern and energy-efficient, these new homes match the same high standards of design, build and customer service as those offered by the UK’s leading housebuilders.
David Colley, Regeneration Manager & Housing Policy Lead at Ealing Council comments: “We are especially delighted to win this prestigious award in such a competitive category, particularly as we’re being recognised for our efforts by readers of First Time Buyer Magazine. Broadway Living is committed to providing high-quality affordable housing across all tenures for communities in Ealing. We’re immensely proud of Copley W7, which is a fantastic example of what can be achieved.”
