Central Square has won Gold in the Best Starter Home Scheme category at this year’s What House? Awards, a national competition that rewards the most outstanding new homes in the UK.
This exciting accolade is the latest trophy awarded to Broadway Living for the Copley W7 regeneration scheme in Hanwell, of which Central Square is a part, and it is one of the most prestigious. In an incredibly competitive category featuring some of the most impressive new developments for first-time buyers, the judges were particularly impressed by the exceptional quality, design and added value being delivered at Central Square.
David Colley, Regeneration Manager at Ealing Council which established Broadway Living in 2014 to deliver new homes across the borough, comments: “This is another fantastic prize to add to our impressive list of awards here at Copley W7. We’re immensely proud of this scheme and the opportunities it provides for first-time buyers.”
Broadway Living has also been Highly Commended at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards this year, in the Affordable Housing Provider of the Year category. Copley W7 has previously won prizes for the Best First-Time Buyer Home at the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards, Best Partnership at the Inside Housing Development Awards and Best Showhome at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards. This is the second time the wider regeneration scheme has won Gold in the Best Starter Home Scheme category at the What House? Awards.
